Admission: $10 per person, under-8 free. Payable by cash or credit card.
Parents, chaperones, and team representatives must pay admission. Players and rostered coaches do not pay.

Hotels: Scroll down now to see our Block Party preferred properties and book your rooms now! We are not a stay-to-play tournament, but we would appreciate you staying at one of our recommended properties. The Block Party team works hard to find you the best rates at hotels around Baton Rouge.
Rosters: Teams can only compete if they have a completed AES Block Party roster printed out to present to the officials at each match. There is no pre-tournament check-in or meeting. Club directors and coaches are responsible for this. We will not be able to assist with this on-site, so please get your rosters completed and have printed copies with you for each match.
Age Waivers: The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor are waivers from other regions accepted.
Girls Age Groups: 10s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s
Boys: The Bayou Region allows boys to play with and against girls teams in 10s, 12s, 13s, and 14s.
Safe Sport: Every player or coach who is 18 or will turn 18 during this club season must have taken the Safe Sport Training. There are no exceptions, so if you have an athlete who is 18, please go to: https://www.teamusa.org/usa-
Wave Times: TBA
— Raising Cane’s River Center (275 South River Road, Baton Rouge, LA, 70802). The River Center has a “clear bag” policy that will be enforced for all spectators. Player’s athletic bags and backpacks are OK. The River Center will conduct temperature checks for everyone entering the building. There will be full-service concession stands on-site and it’s also where Fine Designs, our apparel vendor, will be set up. Parking is available on the street, but on Saturday there is also another event in the River Center, so to park for free you may have to walk a ways. Parking is also available in the parking garages located on St. Louis Boulevard (There is a $10/day fee to park in these garages).
