Masks: Masks that cover the nose and mouth are MANDATORY for all coaches, officiating teams, off teams, and spectators. Anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to either put one on or leave the event. If you are a person who won’t or can’t wear masks, please stay home and watch the tournament on Baller TV.

Rosters: Teams can only compete if they have a completed AES Block Party roster printed out to present to the officials at each match. There is no pre-tournament check-in or meeting. Club directors and coaches are responsible for this. We will not be able to assist with this on-site, so please get your rosters completed and have printed copies with you for each match. Note – No age waivers allowed. The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor are waivers from other regions accepted.
Admission: $10 per person. We are still working on our attendance policy and will update this as soon as possible. Parents, chaperones, and team representatives must pay admission. Players and rostered coaches do not pay.
Chairs: Seating will be provided at all venues. No personal chairs allowed.
Girls Age Groups: 10s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s
Boys Age Groups:14s, 16s, 18s
Safe Sport: Every player or coach who is 18 or will turn 18 during this club season must have taken the Safe Sport Training. There are no exceptions, so if you have an athlete who is 18, please go to: https://www.teamusa.org/usa-
Where:
— Raising Cane’s River Center (275 South River Road, Baton Rouge, LA, 70802). There will be full-service concession stands on-site and it’s also where Fine Designs, our apparel vendor, will be set up. Parking is available on the street, but on Saturday there is also another event in the River Center, so to park for free you may have to walk a ways. Parking is also available in the parking garages located on St. Louis Boulevard (There is a $10/day fee to park in these garages).
